Karen Sinai joined Teigland-Hunt LLP in December 2007. She represents financial institutions and hedge funds in the negotiation of derivatives and commodities trading documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Master Repurchase Agreements, prime brokerage documentation, master confirmation agreements, as well as commodity and financial derivative transaction confirmations. She has also performed research and drafted articles on industry topics.
Prior to joining the firm, Karen worked as an associate at a large law firm (2004-2006), during which time she was seconded to a leading hedge fund where she was responsible for negotiating and drafting master confirmation agreements. Karen also worked as a legal aide to a member of the Israeli Parliament (2006-2007).
Karen graduated Order of the Coif from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is fluent in English and Hebrew.
