Joshua Riezman joined Teigland-Hunt LLP in 2007. His practice focuses on advising global financial institutions, hedge funds, energy trading companies and exchanges with respect to trading in OTC and listed derivatives and commodities markets worldwide. Joshua has significant experience drafting and negotiating trading documentation for a wide range of derivative, securities and commodity transactions including ISDA Master Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, domestic and foreign futures agreements, NAESB Agreements, EEI Agreements, Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreements, master confirmation agreements, as well as associated collateral and custodial documentation.

As part of his practice, Joshua advises clients on a wide variety of regulatory and legislative developments relating to derivatives markets, with a specific focus on developments relating to OTC clearing and the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act as well as the emerging environmental commodity markets.

Joshua graduated from Fordham University School of Law and studied Mandarin Chinese at Peking University in Beijing and Chinese business law at Jiao Tong University in Shanghai.
