Florencia Cornejo jointed Teigland-Hunt LLP as an associate in July 2007. She represents financial institutions and hedge funds in the negotiation of derivatives and commodities trading documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements and master confirmation agreements. Before joining the firm, Florencia worked for a newly established hedge fund in New York, helping set up the fund and corporate structure for futures and derivatives trading.
Previously she practiced as an attorney in Argentina for seven years focusing on corporate law as well as commercial and banking litigation. She worked for two well known, mid-sized firms providing day-to-day corporate advice and litigation services in industries such as banking, pharmaceuticals and media, among others.
Florencia is fluent in English and Spanish.
