Ezgi acquired her expertise in derivatives trading documentation during her time at ISDA as well as at Davis Polk & Wardell LLP, where she began her legal career. Ezgi most recently was with King & Spalding LLP, where she advised clients on private mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Ezgi also served as Assistant Vice President and Counsel to Deutsche Bank AG in their New York office.

Ezgi earned her law degree from the University of Toronto and graduated with honors from Queen’s University, School of Business, in Ontario, Canada.
